Laureen Rebeha Zouaï was born in Paris, France and moved to San Francisco, California when she was three months old. Six years after graduating from Lowell High School she released her debute album "High Highs to Low Lows." Then she co-wrote H.E.R.'s "Still Down."
Zouaï's music is known for infusing French and English words while keeping a slower to mid paced beat.
Amy Obenski started out as writing poetry as a child and when she went into the music industry that skill carried over in the form of songwriting. Her lyrics are meant to convey the problems that she believes should have more attention.

Hannah Junghwa van Loon, better known as Tanukichan, was raised in San Francisco where she studied and played classical. During her time in college she played the fiddle for a bluegrass band. In college she studied mathematics. After this she spent four years in a pop band. She then split from the band to make music of her own.
Tanukichan's music is best known for soft vocals with harsher instrumentals. This contraste creates the unique sound of Tanukichan's music
The band was formed in 1965 with a composition of Marty Balin, Paul Kantner, Bob Harvey, and Signe Toly Anderson. The original composition did not last long, unfortunatly. Anderson left the group in 1966 after birthing her first child and recording one albumn with the band. After Anderson left the band needed a lead guitarist, so Kantner recruited Jorma Kaukonen.
